7 Lbs 6 oz and 20 inches long, October 29, 2009Krew is such a sweet baby. He only cries if you change his diaper. He really hates being cold. He is a great sleeper. We love this little guy so much. He got here on the morning of the 29th. We woke up to it snowing and the roads were icy heading to the hospital. It didn't take long to get him out with the c-section, but afterwards he had a hard time breathing, His dad and Grandpa gave him a blessing and things started to turn around. Even though we still did not get to hold him until way in the afternoon. I am so thankful for the priesthood in our home.

*Celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary and also our first night away from Kloe since she was born. Thanks Aunt Emily and Uncle Tim for watching me.

-She always went the extra mile to make sure we had all that we need. When we got on the plane to fly home she would make us special little treat baggies so we didn't have to eat the airplane snacks.
-She was always willing to teach us how to make her wonderful pastries and desserts so we could impress our guests.
-She always put Kyson in his place when he got out of line. haha
-She always encouraged us to be ourselves.
-She always made me carsick when she drove
-She always listened to what we had to say.
-She always waited to eat until everyone was at the table with there food. She brought class to our "Mayberry ways". She taught us what was proper in the real world
-She always cooked and cooked and cooked to make all our tummies full so we would enjoy our trip our or Christmas dinner in Pinedale.
-She always wrote you a thank you card for gifts, coming to visit, or just to say hello.
-She was so excited for Kloe to come to Kyson and my life.
-She always took time to hold Kloe and play with her. The last few days of her life Kloe hugged and kissed Nora every time she saw her, I think Kloe knew what was going to take place. I wish we all would have known.
-She will always be remember for the classy lady she was and I hope she knows that I learned many things from her and will follow her example.
I will cherish the time we got to spent with you at Christmas this year.

The other night I went upstairs to turn Christmas Lights off and looked out the back window to find the moon just going down behind the temple. We have lived here for over two years and this is the first time we have seen this happen. Kyson jumped up and took a few pictures, but the moon was moving fast. Kloe's first camping trip. She spent most of her time all wrapped up in the camp trailer or sitting on Grandma's lap. It rained most of the time making it pretty cold. I layed awake all night worring that she was going to be too cold. Needless to say we ended up coming home a day early.

Kloe was blessed yesterday by her dad. What a special day it was for us we had lots of support from our family and friends. We also took the time to take a four generation picture with Grandma, mom, myself and Kloe. Kloe sleep through the whole thing. Thanks to all that came and made it a wonderful day

Kloe is such a wonderful baby we have only had a couple of bad nights, but she is getting settled in. Aunt Emily and Nikki came to visit and picked out her outfit for the day. We love having her in our home.

So I bet everyone is waiting to here the story....

Well last week we were scheduled for a C-section on July 3rd, Kloe was breech 10 minutes before surgery the doctor called and asked the pre-op nurses to do an ultra-sound for baby positioning. Well low and behold during the night Kloe had flipped and now was head down in the birth canal. Kyson was already dressed out in scrubs and we were ready to go. They called the doctor and he said to send us to Labor and Delivery and to start the induction process. He didn't want to send us home and chance her going breech again. After 38 hours of labor we still hadn't made progress so back to the operating room we went for a C-section. It was quit the emotional roller coaster ride. After the C-section we found out that Kloe had a short cord and would not have been able to come out no matter what.

I bet you never thought that you could find ANGELS in Las Vegas. Well, I certainly did!!! What a talented Family the Mott's are. For those of you who don't they are Emily's In-Laws. When they found out I was pregnant they offered to make all the bedding for our new little baby. Emily and the Mott's pieced all the bedding together to make an amazing display of bedding. Karen Mott and the girls worked so hard in making this the perfect bedding for a long awaited baby. They are truly angels in my eyes thank you so much for everything you have done for me and baby Kloe. My eyes have been filled with tears all day for how beautiful the bedding is. We love you guys and thanks from the bottom of our heart.

Kyson decided after crib shopping that he could make Kloe's crib. After much hesitation from me I gave in, and I am so happy I did. Kyson sat down and went to work on paper first and then started nailing things together.
He did such a great job. I really did not have any idea that he would do such a great job. I love it!! I am sure Kloe will love it too.WOW! I am so excited it looks great!

Mother's Day To Be

Mother's Day this year took on a whole different meaning. It is the first time in years I wasn't grouchy by the Holiday. This year I actually had something to look forward too. I am so excited to be a mother and to hold my little baby in my arms. It was a great day.

Here is our legacy of womanhood. What great example we have and what great mother's we were blessed to be raised by. I credit all my strenght and goodness from our mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmothers as they have taught their children well. I would like them to know how much we love them and appreciate the love and example they have set for us over the years. We will try not to disappoint you as we go on a head and lead with the example you have set.

On April 24th, Kyson and I got to go down for another ultrasound. Kloe was acting pretty shy that day and the pictures aren't very good, but it was amazing to see how much she had grown in 2 months and how much more developed she is. The Doctor said that she still has the Calcium deposit in her heart, but he is not to worried about it. We just can't wait to get her here.

Emily I went to the Valley a couple of weeks ago and she helped me get started on Kloe's new wardrobe. I didn't know I would have so much fun. I can't stop now every where I go into a store,I am picking up something new for her. Kyson just fell in love with the little dresses that we got and stressed a little over putting the carseat together, but we managed. This is going to be a blast.

Feb 27th we went for an ultrasound and found out that we are having a baby girl! I am so excited. Kyson is a little worried that he is going to have two spoiled girls now. The Doctor said that she has a Calcium deposit in her heart and we need to go back for another ultrasound in 8 weeks to see if the deposit has desolved yet. But he is not to concerned because her heart beat is pretty steady. It is amazing what they can do with technology now.

What a good mom she hardly leaves them. We ended up with 4 males and 3 females. 2 didn't make it through the first night. They will be 6 weeks old around the 20th of March if anyone is interested. More pictures to come.

Monday Feb. 4th we woke up and found it snowing outside. Uncle Kyson called off work and we called and got Matt and Sarah's kids Trevon and MaKayla and headed to Pinedale to play in the Snow with Grandpa. When we got there he had stew and a nice fire going for us. Kyson and Grandpa pulled Trevon and Makayla around on the tube for hours. Trevon loved it, by the time we left there was about 18" of snow. Funny story for you: On the first run of the tube Sis was chasing the tube and bit the tube and flatten it. Kyson spent the next little while running around Pinedale finding things to patch the tube!

Sis has been with us since we got married she is just as spoiled as ever and we are wondering how she will adjust to the the baby coming this July. I think she will be fine a little jealous, but fine.

Lilli the one on the right is getting ready to have puppies again within the next few weeks. She is such a lovable dog when she is pregnant. We are looking foward to get the puppies here. Boxer puppies are the cutest little things.

Duke

Kyson took Duke on a big hiking trip in August and we just about lost him. He is hitting about 5 years old now and has what we call a little bit of a weight problem.

Kyson ended up carry him over a mile back to the car. Imagine that Kyson carrying over 85 lbs of dead weight what a stud.

Washington August 2007

One of our favorite places to visit is the Puget Sound in Washington up on Orcas Island. Kyson got to enjoy crab fishing and crusing the boat around for a few nice and warm days on the Island which it is really hard to come by warm days in Washington.

We also went and spent sometime walking around the famos Pike's Market. Although, Kyson never thinks he has a enough time to spend browsing all the wide selections and the flowers are beautiful.
